Rules
1. Who we are
Satido (satido.lt) is a personal project run by Dmitrij Rudakov, Lithuania. Contact: info@satido.lt.
2. Your account
- You can create an account if you are 14 or older. Younger players can play without one.
- One person, one account. Use an email address you actually read.
- Keep your password to yourself. If you spot a sign-in that wasn't you, change your password and write to us.
3. Fair play
- No faking scores: no bots, scripts, tampering with the game or its requests, or exploiting bugs.
- No attempts to break into, overload or disrupt the site, and no using other people's accounts.
- The leaderboard is all-time: your best score stays for as long as your account exists. We may remove scores that break these rules.
- Found a bug? Tell us, we'll be grateful.
4. Nickname and avatar
- They are visible to everyone on the leaderboard.
- No offensive, obscene or hateful names or pictures, no pretending to be someone else, nothing that infringes other people's rights.
- By uploading a picture you confirm you may use it and let us show it on the site until you change it or delete your account.
- We may reset an inappropriate nickname or avatar to the default. To report illegal or inappropriate content, write to info@satido.lt. If we remove something or suspend an account, we tell you by email with the reason; you can contest it by replying.
5. Emails
- Account emails are always sent: email confirmation, password resets, alerts about new sign-ins and account changes, and notices of important changes to these rules. The account can't run safely without them.
- News and offers (Satido's own only, never third parties') are sent only if you separately agreed (at sign-up or in settings). It's optional: you can use Satido without it.
- You can unsubscribe at any time with one click (the link is at the bottom of every newsletter) or in your account settings. It takes effect immediately.
- We never sell or share your email address.
6. The service
Satido is free and provided as is. We try to keep everything working but can't promise it will never be down or buggy. We may change the game and features. If we decide to close the site, we'll tell account holders at least 30 days in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using a free website. This does not limit your rights as a consumer under Lithuanian law.
8. Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time in settings. If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or delete your account and tell you by email.
9. Changes to these rules
We'll announce important changes by email or on the site at least 14 days in advance and ask you to accept them when you next sign in. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
10. Law and disputes
Lithuanian law applies. If something comes up, write to info@satido.lt first; we aim to sort it out within 14 days. Consumers can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt).
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy note.
